Qualifications

• Reliable personal transportation required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• School pickup 2–3 times per week.
• Manage after-school routine: backpack unloading, snack prep, homework support, and wind-down.
• Prepare school lunches.
• Occasional date night and weekend evening childcare coverage.
• Light supervision and backup childcare as needed.
• Create and maintain household organization systems.
• Daily resets: tidying surfaces, dishes, sweeping, upkeep.
• Oversee bi-weekly cleaning team quality of work.
• Declutter entry areas and drop zones.
• Coordinate and drop off donations.
• General maintenance tasks: batteries, bulbs, detectors checks.
• Support during an anticipated local move.
• Deep cleaning of specific items and areas on occasion.
• Tackle larger organizational projects as they arise.
