Sage-Haus in San Clemente, CA is seeking a House Manager / Family Assistant for 15 hours weekly (part-time). The role supports daily household operations, organization, and a calm home environment where family members travel. You’ll coordinate packages, errands, meal prep, laundry, and pet care for a small dog.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable working from home in a quiet environment.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Punctual, proactive and able to manage multiple household priorities.
• Comfortable around a small dog.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain household organization systems.
• Daily resets and prep for cleaners.
• Light tidying, dishes, surfaces, vacuuming in high-traffic areas.
• Seasonal swaps for clothing, décor, etc.
• Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs.
• Event, holiday and guest prep; packing for travel.
• Manage deliveries and organize packages.
• Meal planning and prep; grocery shopping and putting groceries away.
• Laundry, ironing and linen care; maintain laundry areas.
• Pet care for household dog; vet and grooming scheduling.
• Vendor & property oversight: oversee cleaners, contractors, and landscapers.
• Administrative support: calendar management, receipts and budget tracking.
