Sage-Haus in Sarasota, FL is seeking a House Manager & Family Assistant for a private household. This part-time role offers 30–35 hours weekly with potential to grow into full-time, weekdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) and occasional weekend duties. Compensation ranges from $40 to $42 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Smoke-free, fragrance-free home environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems.
• Daily resets and prep for cleaners.
• Light tidying and seasonal décor swaps.
• Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs.
• Event/holiday/guest prep and travel packing support.
• Plant care and maintenance of home systems.
• Manage pantry, subscriptions, and errands.
• Meal planning, prep, grocery shopping, and kitchen upkeep.
• Laundry, linen care, and household supplies management.
• Pet care including walks and vet scheduling.
• Vehicle maintenance scheduling and vendor oversight.
• Administrative support: calendar, travel planning, budgeting.
