Sage Haus is seeking a Household Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family in Lutz, FL. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours per week with varied start times, including mornings and occasional evenings or weekends.

Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, with guaranteed hours and paid mileage reimbursement. The ideal candidate is warm, highly organized, and proactive in managing children’s daily routines, meals, laundry, and household tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Vaccinations up to date per American Academy of Pediatrics/CDC guidelines (including Tdap, MMR, Hep A/B, COVID-19, flu).
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide light supervision and backup childcare.
• Assist with morning routines, backpacks, clothing, and snacks.
• Support children with homework, school projects, and deadlines.
• Manage the children's calendar, including events and appointments.
• Run kid-related errands as needed; assist with occasional school drop-off.
