Job summary

Sage Haus is seeking a calm, organized Family Assistant / House Manager in North Tustin, CA. This part-time role (25–30 hours/week) covers meal planning, laundry, errands, and family logistics with a focus on keeping a well-run household. Core hours are weekdays with some flexibility and occasional evenings.

Ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and reliable, able to coordinate calendars, manage shopping, and provide thoughtful, day-to-day support to a busy family living in a home with pets.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR/First aid certification preferred but not required.
• Fragrance-free environment and smoke-free home.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily resets: beds, tidy children's areas, dishes, surfaces, tidying.
• Wash, fold and organize laundry; maintain clean kitchen throughout the day.
• Grocery shopping and pantry organization; meal prep for family preferences.
• Support with school pickups/drop-offs as needed; coordinate calendars and errands.
• Manage household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target) and returns; pack for trips.
• Care for family dog: feeding, walking, and basic care.
• Keep pantry/fridge stocked; maintain organization systems across home.
