Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to all service calls within half hour from time call is received.
• Determine defects and troubleshoot malfunctions; record actions.
• Repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work per department procedures.
• Comply with current codes and requirements.
• Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters and night engineer for service and installations
