Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for La Quinta stadium in Nashville. The role involves maintaining and repairing hotel equipment across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and guest rooms to minimize downtime.

You will juggle multiple tasks, proactively solving problems and ensuring safety and security of the property. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of trade-related training or experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year’s trade-related and/or training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials with proper reporting.
• Secure and monitor the building, repair locks and manage building access.
