Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC systems for the facility; perform preventative maintenance on units, common areas and grounds.
• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards and ensure safety.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs on systems (HVAC, boilers, etc.).
