Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a Hotel Facilities Maintenance Assistant for the Hampton Inn South Plainfield in South Plainfield, NJ. The role runs full-time with a daytime shift from 8am to 4pm and requires flexibility to work weekends.

The position involves upkeep of the hotel property, assisting the Chief Engineer with basic repairs, preventive maintenance, pool and spa servicing, and general groundskeeping, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of mechanic experience in a hotel or related field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs and perform overhead reaching, climbing, crouching, twisting.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain hotel property and assist Chief Engineer.
• Perform basic repair work, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work, pool operations, and grounds upkeep.
• Maintain fixtures and equipment per preventative maintenance schedule and log records.
• Service pool and spa areas per state/local regulations.
• Keep areas clean and maintain parking lot.
