Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage portions.
• Date and rotate perishables, maintain proper temperature.
• Check par levels and plan necessary preparation.
• Note shortages and assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to storage with date/cover.
• Assist in controlling food costs and waste.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Attend regularly as scheduled and perform related duties.
