Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Information Desk operations to enhance customer service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient and visitor inquiries in person and by phone.
• Locate physicians/services for patients and visitors throughout the hospital.
• Maintain up-to-date patient information listings and department contact details.
• Escort patients and visitors as needed and assist with outside transportation.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
