Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle ongoing face-to-face contact with patients, guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and assist patients and guests with information about the services, facility and area.
• Coordinate access to care delivery areas and act as liaison between visitors and staff.
• Assist guests with scheduling transportation or other services as needed.
• Provide tours of the facility and guide guests to appropriate areas within the facility.
• Respond to special requests from patients and guests to ensure unique needs are met.
