By The Bay Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in Larkspur, CA to provide administrative support to hospice Clinical Managers and ensure compliance with organizational policies and laws. The role is part-time with competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 8:30am - 5:00pm. Location: Onsite in Larkspur, with occasional coverage to San Francisco and Sonoma offices.

Competenze

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum two years’ experience providing administrative support to a mid-level or senior manager

Mansioni

• Collaborate with and under the direction of the Director, collaborate with the Clinical Managers to run EPIC reports to collect and track metrics in alignment with the program goals and needs
• Perform audits, gather, and submit program performance data and/or findings to Managers and Director as requested
• Maintains program calendars and schedules including staffing schedules, orientation, and onboarding calendars
• Responsible for scheduling shadow visits in collaboration with HR and other departments for new employees, fellows, students
