By The Bay Health is a non-profit hospice provider serving the community since 1975. We offer home-based Skilled Home Health, Palliative, Adult and Pediatric Hospice care with a patient-centered approach.

We are hiring a part-time Clinical Coordinator to provide administrative support to Clinical Managers, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Location is onsite in Larkspur, CA, with occasional coverage to SF and Sonoma offices.

Competenze

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum two years’ experience providing administrative support to a mid-level or senior manager

Mansioni

• In collaboration with and under the direction of the Director, collaborate with the Clinical Managers to run EPIC reports to collect and track metrics in alignment with the program goals and needs
• Perform audits, gather, and submit program performance data and/or findings to Managers and Director as requested
• Maintains program calendars and schedules including staffing schedules, orientation, and onboarding calendars
• Responsible for scheduling shadow visits in collaboration with HR and other departments for new employees, fellows, students

The Clinical Coordinator provides administrative support to hospice Clinical Managers in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Onsite; Larkspur, CA with occasional coverage to our San Francisco and Sonoma, CA offices as needed

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include(but are not limited to):

Pay Range:
$25.00 - $30.00 hourly
