By The Bay Health in Larkspur, CA is seeking a full-time Bereavement Administrative Coordinator to support our Bereavement Programs. The role provides administrative coordination in compliance with policies and laws, with a schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, onsite.

You will manage DocuSign BV documents, coordinate daily reports, and assist callers with grief support referrals, working closely with the Bereavement Services Manager.

Competenze

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience.
• Experience coordinating administrative tasks in a healthcare or nonprofit setting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate BV risk and early outreach calls by monitoring CIS daily reports and clinician communications.
• Prepare and track multiple logs and evaluations, ensuring compliance for group registrations and community in-services.
• Coordinate DocuSign BV documents, obtain signatures, track and scan electronic consents for counselors.
• Provide callers with BV program information and refer bereaved families to appropriate resources; consult with Bereavement Services Manager.
