Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Fort Worth, TX seeks an After-School Homework Club Teacher for a part-time afternoon role supporting middle school students with homework, enrichment, and activities.

You will work on-site at Great Hearts Lakeside and collaborate with staff, investing in students' academic growth and positive learning experiences.

Requirements include some college, experience with children, strong communication, and ability to lead and teach. Fingerprint/background checks apply.

Location: Great Hearts Lakeside – Ft. Worth

Hourly Rate: $14.00 - $15.00

Qualifications:

• Some college (preferably with education or liberal arts major), experience with children, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead and teach children.

Requirements:

• Must complete Texas Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by start date.
• Physical functions: Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 50 pounds approximately.

US Work Authorization is required.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.

Travel required: May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.
