Lowe's in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You’ll interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience.

You will also assist with locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and learning cross-functional tasks. Benefits include growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• 6 months of computer use (input, access, modify information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• May require lifting over 25 lbs with assistance as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (various tasks).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
