Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Omaha North is seeking an Administrator/Manager of Care Services (Part-time) to work with the Agency Owner on planning, development and direction of services, including supervising caregivers.

The role requires a Licensed Nebraska Registered Nurse in good standing, experience in health service administration with supervisory duties in home health care, and at least two years of nursing experience with home health supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nebraska Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Experience in health service administration with supervisory/administrative experience in home health care.
• Nursing experience: minimum 2 years in acute hospital setting or equivalent, with at least 1 year in home health care and supervision of home health aides for 6 months.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local regulatory requirements for home care.
• Business management experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Agency.
• Post jobs, interview and train staff to ensure qualified personnel.
• Supervise and develop client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and case management.
• Conduct competency assessments for caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain liaison between Governing Body and Agency staff.
• Oversee the Agency's QA/PI program.
• Conduct client admissions.
• Participate in marketing opportunities when requested.
• Ensure availability of qualified alternates during operating hours.
• Other related duties as assigned.
