Job summary

ComForCare Omaha is seeking an Administrator/Manager of Care Services (Part-time) to partner with the Agency Owner in planning, development and direction of services, overseeing caregiving staff and ensuring quality patient care in Nebraska.

The role requires a Nebraska RN license, health service administration training with supervisory experience in home health care, and strong regulatory knowledge. You will manage admissions, staff development, compliance, and community marketing as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nebraska Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Training & experience in health service administration with supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day operations of the Agency.
• Ensures the Agency employs qualified personnel through job postings, interviews and training.
• Manages and develops client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and case management.
• Conducts competency assessments for caregivers.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations governing home care services.
• Maintains liaison between the Governing Body and Agency staff.
• Oversees the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program.
• Conducts client admissions.
• Participates in marketing opportunities as requested.
• Maintains availability of a qualified alternate during all operating hours.
