Qualifications

• Must hold Nebraska RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory/administrative experience in home health care or related health program required.
• Minimum two years nursing experience, with at least one year in home health care and supervising home health aide services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Agency.
• Assist with postings, interviews and training to employ qualified personnel.
• Supervise and develop care teams to ensure quality care and case management.
• Conduct competency assessments for caregivers.
