Vivie is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in clients' homes across Minnesota. You will provide direct client care, assess needs, educate families, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping in Vivie’s EMR, coordination with the interdisciplinary team, and driving to client homes within designated regions. A Minnesota RN license and CPR within 6 months are required.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• CPR required within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently to communicate with clients, families, and team members.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including driving to client locations and providing hands-on care.
