BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time or per diem role covering Northern Baltimore County, Maryland. The OT will serve seniors under their home health benefit, with a focus on 1–2 communities and minimal commuting.

The role requires early mornings/evenings or weekend hours, conducts assessments, develops care plans, educates patients and families, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Maryland occupational therapist license required.
• Minimum of one year of OT experience.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Evaluate patients' functional status, ADL/IADL performance, and cognitive/motor aspects.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve outcomes.
• Assess home environments for safety and independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in EMR.
