Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health visits in Southern Anne Arundel County, MD. The role supports adult and geriatric clients across Anne Arundel County with flexible FT/PT/PRN options.

Responsibilities include evaluations, intervention planning, home safety assessments, and collaborative care with nurses, all while documenting in a state-of-the-art EMR system. Licensing and home health competency are required.

Qualifications

• Current MD occupational therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent OT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program (AMA/AOTA).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status and ADL/IADL.
• Develop and revise individualized intervention plans.
• Assess home environments for hazards and adaptations.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and interventions accurately in EMR.
