BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in Baltimore County, Maryland.

This Part-Time or Per Diem role offers flexibility to treat residents in their apartments or in a fully equipped onsite therapy gym within senior living communities. You'll collaborate closely with our home health therapy team to ensure smooth transitions and deliver patient-centered care, with clinical autonomy and meaningful one-to-one interactions

Competenze

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated problem solving in clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently within a team-based home health/outpatient model.

Mansioni

• Perform outpatient OT evaluations and develop care plans for residents in senior living communities or group homes.
