Wayfair is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for Birch Lane, its specialty brand, at the Tampa, FL All Modern store. You will engage customers, drive sales, and assist on the sales floor and design studio, while guiding purchases across in-store, online, app, and quotes.

A strong service mindset and ability to work a flexible schedule are essential. Support for customers includes handling credit, financing, warranty, installation, and delivery options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience; design-related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with sales targets.
• Proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office; comfortable with tablets and POS.
• Strong sales, organization, communication, and relationship skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive sales by understanding needs.
• Close sales and explain in-store, online, app, and quotes.
• Assist walk-ins on sales floor and in design studio.
• Explain credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery.
• Handle store operations: product setup, floor sets, replenishment.
• Maintain positive, professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Share ideas to improve team operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
