Wayfair seeks a Part Time Sales Associate for Birch Lane (a Wayfair Specialty Brand) in Sarasota, FL. The role involves engaging customers, driving sales, and guiding purchases across in-store, online, app, and quotes.

You’ll support the design studio and learn the services that add value to client purchases. Expect a fast-paced, high-energy environment with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience (design or specialty environment a plus).
• Strong customer service mindset with drive to exceed targets.
• Technical aptitude to learn software and hardware; proficient with Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office; comfortable using tablets and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive sales by understanding their needs and guiding product choices.
• Close sales confidently and explain purchase options (in-store POS, online, app, or quotes).
• Assist walk-ins on sales floor and design studio as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about store and online services—credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery.
