You will engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the best home options, including in-store, online, app, or quotes. Prioritize excellent customer service and sales results in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on assisting on the sales floor and design studio, while explaining credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery options to add value for clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably design related.
• Passion for customer service and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to learn software/hardware; proficient with Google Suites & MS Office; POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, ask questions, and guide them to best options for their homes.
• Close sales confidently and educate on in-store, online, app, or quote purchasing.
• Assist walk-ins on the sales floor and design studio as needed.
• Explain services like credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery.
• Support store operations: product setup, floor sets, replenishment, upkeep.
