Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers and drive sales by asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs and style
• Demonstrate confidence in closing the sale and educating customers on in-store, online, app or Quote purchasing options
• Assist walk-ins on the sales floor and in the design studio as needed
• Be an expert in store and online services—credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery
