Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking a Part Time Home Care Visiting Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing services across Jonesville, Abingdon, Marion, Pulaski and Tazwell. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays and compensation per visit.

As an Addus RN, you will enable patients to stay independent at home, perform supervisory visits, and coordinate with case managers. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, a valid

Part Time Home Care Visiting Registered Nurse

Service Area: Jonesville, Abingdon, Marion, Pulaski, and Tazwell.

Hours: PRN Flexible during the week.

Compensation:

• This position is paid per visit, compensation for Administrative Hours $25.00, for Start Of Care $100.00 per event, and for Supervisory Visits $60.00 per event.
• Note: The final hourly rate offered is a good-faith estimate determined by the candidate’s experience, education, internal pay scales, and budgeted amount for this role.

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
