Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Nashville, TN is seeking a scheduler/supervisor for in-home care workers and clients. You will support branch operations and help deliver services to elderly and disabled clients, with regular on-site duties and on-call weekends.

This role requires coordinating schedules, performing in-home visits, and ensuring care plans are followed. Travel about 30% is expected; HS diploma and office experience are required, caregiving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office experience required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.
• EVV experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system.
• Manages changes to client schedules due to client requests, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure client care plans are followed.
• Supports agency staff in delivering high quality services aligned with care plans.
• Performs in-home visits including new admissions and routine supervisory visits.
• Assists in reportable event management and coordinates with internal/external departments.
