Job summary

Action Health Staffing seeks a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Greenville location in a part-time Staffing Coordinator role. The schedule is 3 days per week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits overall.

The home care aide provides in-home services, assists with personal care, transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, and maintains accurate records. You will follow the Plan of Care and ensure patient privacy and EVV compliance.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Maintain records required by agency and EVV task lists.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and follow the Plan of Care.
