Job summary

Action Health Staffing seeks a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Care Aide for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The schedule is 3 days per week from 12:00 n to 5:00 pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA provides direct home care services to patients in their residences, assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and daily living activities under supervision.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in home settings.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engage in client activities.
• Perform light housekeeping as required.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to supervisors.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV documentation.
