CareBuilders at Home of Alexandria is seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven, technology‑forward Home Care Business Development Specialist to expand our community presence in Northern Virginia.

This part‑time, field‑based role focuses on building referrals, partnerships with hospitals and elder‑care providers, and growing the client base with measurable outcomes. The position offers growth into a full‑time role as performance and company growth support expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20–25 hours per week with potential to grow into a full-time role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Northern Virginia market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with referral sources and strategic partners.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities, home health and hospice organizations.
• Research networking opportunities, events, and conferences for reflective presence.
• Coordinate meetings and outreach activities with ownership and leadership.
• Maintain an organized CRM-driven pipeline tracking contacts, opportunities, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Leverage AI, social media, digital prospecting to research organizations and decision-makers.
