Job summary

Allied Property Management in Mansfield, TX is seeking an experienced part-time Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role handles accounts payable, homeowner payments, ledger postings, and reconciliation, with opportunities to assist with client onboarding and customer service tasks when workload allows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and a detail-oriented, professional approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience required.
• Working knowledge of AP, reconciliations, deposits, and ledger activity.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Part-time availability 20–25 hours per week.
• Ability to onboard new HOA clients.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and within deadlines.
• Record homeowner deposits and ensure postings to homeowner accounts.
• Reconcile PEX accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with onboarding of new HOA clients.
• Respond to HOA managers with timely follow-up.
• Assist customer service with homeowner inquiries when needed.
• Maintain organized accounting records.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
