CAMS is seeking a dependable Facilities and Property Maintenance Technician for River Run HOA. This part-time role covers upkeep of all buildings and common areas, combining hands-on maintenance with daily custodial care to keep spaces clean, functional, and welcoming.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, drywall and carpentry, inspections of safety equipment, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with a range of maintenance tools and equipment (gas/electric) including pressure washers.
• Ability to work independently and with volunteers to complete repairs.
• Must have valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, lights, water systems, and trash removal.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, drywall, and carpentry as needed.
• Review work orders and complete requests from Board Members promptly.
• Inspect safety equipment (AEDs, fire extinguishers, pool gear) and coordinate updates.
• Maintain logs for projects, time sheets, and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment and repairs when required.
• Support landscape tasks and seasonal cleanups with volunteers.
