AWI Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 25-unit apartment community in Riverbank, CA. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, and coordinating with vendors.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with affordable housing programs is a plus. This part-time position involves approximately 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance to ensure building systems remain in good working condition.

Computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Work Order Ticketing System)
