High school diploma or equivalent.
CPO Certification required.
Minimum of one year maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs to common areas, buildings, amenities, and equipment.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
Perform preventative maintenance on facilities including lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, irrigation, and mechanical systems.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and outdoor spaces.
Assist with pool area inspections and report safety concerns.
Respond to maintenance emergencies and after-hours calls as required.
Document work and report findings to management.
