CAMCO Property Management is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for Goshen Valley I & II to perform grounds and general maintenance, assist the Maintenance Supervisor, and ensure a clean, safe, inviting environment for residents and guests.

You will handle routine maintenance tasks, power wash surfaces, replace lighting, and participate in ongoing community improvements as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and common maintenance practices.
• Ability to safely operate power washing equipment and other maintenance tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high property standards.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain curb appeal and everyday upkeep across the property.
• Perform basic maintenance repairs and replace light fixtures or bulbs.
• Repair electrical outlets as qualified and authorized.
• Concrete patching and minor surface repairs.
• Install, repair, or replace community signage and fixtures.
• Assist with moving bulk furniture, appliances, and other large items.
• Support preventive maintenance projects and daily work orders.
• Report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow established safety procedures and use maintenance tools properly.
