Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, HOA, or property management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Bill.com.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting for HOA transactions (A/P, A/R, GL).
• Assist budgeting and monitor annual HOA budget.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for HOA board.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors.
