Job summary

Stein Eriksen Lodge is seeking an Assistant Controller to establish and maintain accurate financial reporting, supervise accounting staff, and resolve guest billing issues. Based at Deer Valley, Park City, UT, you will handle HOA monthly closes, and support AP, AR, and day-auditing functions.

You will lead a small accounting team, oversee reconciliations, and assist in year-end audits while maintaining high accuracy and deadlines in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Great Plains (GP).
• Excel and Pivot Tables; attention to detail; multitasking; meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Close HOA monthly financials in QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly financials for Rental/F&B/SPA.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Payable, Day Auditor, and Accounts Receivable.
