Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is seeking a dedicated HOA Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for 85 owners at the Lodges, handling communications, admin tasks, and service coordination to support smooth operations.

This on-site, year-round role requires being on site five days a week, coordinating onboarding, billing, and meetings, and collaborating with staff to enhance owner experiences while managing budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient with computer systems and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote ongoing communication with owners related to unit status.
• Facilitate paperwork, transfer ownership, and onboarding of new owners.
• Prepare monthly owner statements and assist in annual homeowners meeting.
• Provide timely responses to owner questions about rentals, availability, revenue, and statements.
• Assist operations with maintenance requests and housekeeping coordination.
• Attend quarterly HOA meetings and review monthly financials.
