Qualifications

• Computer skills including Excel; strong communication and detail orientation.
• Successful background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Release PHI to authorized individuals per guidelines.
• Scan and file paper documents into EHR.
• Support department projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and providers.
• Promote teamwork within HIM department.
