Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Generate leads and referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events.
• Support local installations and events by recruiting candidates.
• Complete service calls and maintain records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
• Adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
