Metropolitian Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Recruiter to lead all recruitment efforts under the Director of Human Resources. The role partners with operations leaders to align sourcing, interviewing, and hiring with staffing strategies in designated markets.

The Recruiter will build pipelines, coordinate interviews, manage applicant communications, and perform background checks and testing as required. Strong English skills and a Bachelor's degree in HR are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States and pass background screenings.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead exempt and non-exempt recruiting efforts in designated market(s).
• Develop monthly market-specific recruitment and sourcing plans.
• Build applicant pipelines via colleges, agencies, media, and job boards.
• Screen applicants through interviews and qualification analyses.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate communication.
• Manage applicant tracking system in compliance with intake process.
• Conduct background checks, driving records, and required testing for qualified applicants.
• Represent the company at career events and recruitment-related activities.
