Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, phone screenings, interview scheduling, onboarding.
• Develops recruitment strategies and action plans to close positions; sources via networking, boards, referrals, directories.
• Maintains relationships with Department Managers and HR to anticipate staffing needs and act as a talent partner.
• Uses networking to identify active and passive candidates; represents facilities at job fairs and events.
• Keeps abreast of recruiting trends and tools to meet hiring goals.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and tasks; supports recruitment projects and metrics.
