Westlake Ace is seeking a Sales Associate to uphold outstanding customer service, drive sales, merchandise products, own assigned departments, and support the store management team.

Greet customers, assist with product questions, and help locate items while maintaining displays. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking, and following company policies. Flexibility for weekend shifts is required.

Formación

• Six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers or associates and work professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Greets all customers and assists in answering questions about merchandise and locating items.
• Operates cash register, scans merchandise, and engages customers with suggestive selling.
• Replenishes stock and maintains end caps, shelves, and displays per planogram.
• Follows loss prevention practices and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Participates in team meetings and adheres to company policies.
