Westlake Ace is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with receiving, stocking, pricing merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store. You will help customers with product knowledge, greet shoppers, and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Ace Retail Group values in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsabilités

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store; thank customers when finished and when leaving.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor and work well with customers and associates.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly and courteously.
• Forward any customer complaint to management.
• Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
• Assist customers with personal, customized service to amaze every customer, every time.
