Job summary

Westlake Ace is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, inviting store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide personalized service to help shoppers find what they need.

The role involves operating the sales floor, supporting department specialists, and upholding safety and appearance standards. A High School diploma and prior retail experience are preferred; standing for long periods and light lifting are expected.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group to customers.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and finding products.
• Greet customers and thank them as they exit the store.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and store layout awareness.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and orderly sales areas and back stock.
• Coordinate with Department Specialists on price changes and orders.
• Operate the forklift with proper training when required.
