Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware and proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers and thank them as they enter and exit the store; ensure courteous, prompt service.
• Maintain store presentation, assist with stocking and back stock levels, and help with merchandise resets.
• Handle price changes, signage updates, and store-wide communications; support department specialists when needed.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and professional work environment and participate in store meetings.
