Job summary

Westlake Ace, a part of Ace Retail Group, is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and keeping the store clean and organized. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience and support store operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
